Pride Screening

Join us for an evening of film, community, and celebration as we showcase outstanding queer storytelling from Edmonton and beyond!
On August 8th, the Edmonton Short Film Festival is hosting an event featuring a Community Mixer from 6 PM to 8 PM, with free food and two free drink tickets for ticket holders. Additional beverages will be available for purchase. Following the mixer, a film screening will begin at 8 PM! Films will be announced soon!
The venue location is at 11726 95 St, Edmonton, in the upstairs event space.
We are committed to creating a welcome, inclusive, and safer space for everyone attending this Pride screening. Discrimination, harassment, or oppressive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated, including but not limited to misogyny, racism, body shaming, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, xenophobia, or any conduct undermining the dignity, safety, or participation of others.
Queer filmmakers! We’re calling on you. ESFF’s Pride Screening is coming this summer, and we’re curating a lineup of films by Queer artists from coast to coast. Think community, creativity, and a watch party with food and drinks that’ll make a night of it.
