Event Submission – Pride 2023

Welcome to the Edmonton PRIDE Event Submission page for Pride 2023. We have been retained by Explore Edmonton to write the Guide To Pride In Edmonton for 2023 and provide a listing of events that will be held in Edmonton. Information submitted through this page will be used in the following manners:

Local Queer Community Leader and Historian writer Ron Byers has been retained by Explore Edmonton to write the Guide To Pride 2023 for publication in JUNE on the Explore Edmonton website. Events submitted after May 20, 2023 will not be included in the article.
Explore Edmonton may also list your event on their calendar if space permits and it is appropriate for their market. Additionally they will feature some events in their May/June advertising programs on their social media platforms and other advertising platforms catering to local and international visitors to our City.
Additionally if your event takes place within the Downtown area then the Edmonton Downtown Business Association may list your event on their calendar. They too may feature some events in their May/June advertising programs on their social media platforms and other advertising platforms catering to Downtown shoppers and businesses.
Pride Edmonton will publish your event FOR FREE on our Event Listings page.
Our Event Listing page may be shared on multiple social media platforms and to other media entities, publications and interviews.

In June of 2023 we saw over 70 events produced by more than 40 organizers in 36+ venues!

We will be delighted to post your event on our Calendar NO MATTER WHEN IT HAPPENS! And we will ensure that Explore Edmonton AND the Edmonton Downtown Business Association get your event info so they can add it to their calendars, if it is appropriate for the travel and tourism market they cater to – or within the Downtown Business area.

There is no deadline for submissions in general – only for the JUNE Guide To Pride on the Explore Edmonton website. Submissions from the Greater Edmonton Region are welcome too!
