June 29, 2024 @ 8:00 pm – 10:00 pm MDT
EVM’s 2024 pride concert celebrates Paula Roberts and her twenty-five years of dynamic leadership of Edmonton Vocal Minority. Celebrate! also introduces the choir’s new artistic director, Erin Craig, whose skill and musicianship will guide the choir forward into its next phase of development. As usual, the host for the evening is the multi-talented Edmonton Queer icon, Darrin Hagen.
Paula’s love for rhythmic, high-energy choral music is reflected in the program choices and EVM will also be presenting two of Erin Craig’s original arrangements. Supporting musicians will be the choir’s accompanist Daniel Belland, drummer Dean Pierno, and bass player Josh McHan.
Join EVM as they celebrate Paula Roberts and Queer pride!

Event Listing & Graphics Disclaimer PrideEdmonton.ca is a free, unfunded, volunteer-run community listing platform. We do not generate revenue from our services and do not receive funding or grants from community or government sources. All events and accompanying graphics are submitted by independent organizers. Many organizers operate with little or no budget and may use a variety of tools—including AI-assisted design—to create their materials. PrideEdmonton.ca does not create, edit, review, or regulate submitted graphics, nor do we assess how they are produced. Our focus is on ensuring broad visibility of the many Pride events happening across the region. Showcasing this diversity of programming helps build awareness, strengthen community connection, and foster greater understanding and acceptance. Responsibility for all submitted content rests solely with the event organizers. |
