Edmonton Pride Float is back for its second year, happening on August 12th 2023!
This event is a rainbow river float for the LGBTQ2S* community and their friends.
Bring your fun inflatable, decorate a kayak or canoe, and experience a float like no other down the North Saskatchewan River through Edmonton!
Entertainment includes local drag queens, music, and mermaids who will join us on our journey down the river.
The river float starts at 12PM and is roughly 2.5-hours starting at Terwillegar Park and ending at Sir Wilfrid Laurier Park. After the float, feel free to hang around and continue the party with us!
Review our waiver in advance of the event
We’ll have DJ, drag performances, food and games for all.

Event Listing & Graphics Disclaimer PrideEdmonton.ca is a free, unfunded, volunteer-run community listing platform. We do not generate revenue from our services and do not receive funding or grants from community or government sources. All events and accompanying graphics are submitted by independent organizers. Many organizers operate with little or no budget and may use a variety of tools—including AI-assisted design—to create their materials. PrideEdmonton.ca does not create, edit, review, or regulate submitted graphics, nor do we assess how they are produced. Our focus is on ensuring broad visibility of the many Pride events happening across the region. Showcasing this diversity of programming helps build awareness, strengthen community connection, and foster greater understanding and acceptance. Responsibility for all submitted content rests solely with the event organizers. |
