Pride Edmonton >> Pride 2025 , Pride News >> Pride 2025 is almost here!

Over the last week or two we have seen many of you post your Pride Month event graphics on your social media accounts. So we are excited to let you know you can now add your event(s) for FREE to our Pride Calendar.

The last few years we have seen tens of thousands of website visitors use the detailed event information we offer them to plan their celebrations of Pride Month, Pride Day at K-Days in July and the Pride Festival in August.

We also use the information submitted – no later than May 23rd – so we can share that information for the annual Guide To The Summer of Pride published on Explore Edmonton’s website and promoted through their social media channels.

Speaking of Explore Edmonton – there has been changes in how events get to their calendar. In past years we submitted all events to them automatically despite many not meeting their stringent guidelines on imagery. You will now have to meet their guidelines in order that have your event featured on their calendar and promoted through their social media channels.

Once you submit your event to us you will be re-directed to the webpage that will give you the information you need to submit to Explore Edmonton and this year we have added several other community calendars that welcome your events, including Taproot Edmonton.

On our Event Submission page we have included some new information from our partners in Pride – Fierté Canada Pride (FCP). They have some grant money provided by Women and Gender Equality (WAGE) Canada to help Pride event organizers with the additional costs of securing their event due to the rising hate in their communities.
